We deliver throughout South Florida — Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach — and Central Florida including Orlando, Tampa, and Lakeland.
Meals are delivered in an insulated bag with ice packs so they stay fresh and safe until you wake up.
Fresh meals land at your door every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12am to 6:30am — ready to grab when you wake up.
Billing is weekly or monthly. Subscriptions auto-renew automatically. Cancel anytime with no extra charges — just notify us within 48 hours.
All plans let you exclude ingredients. Anything excluded from the weekly menu gets automatically replaced with another item not on your exclusion list.
We have 6 plans aimed at different goals. All produce is fresh and locally sourced with a 16-week rotating menu so you never eat the same thing twice in four months.
